Dewada Gate is one of the most renowned gate in the buffer zone of Tadoba National Park , this gate is located in Adegaon village .It is highly chosen by wildlife enthusiasts due to its proximity to the Moharli core zone, which often leads to excellent tiger sightings.
As it is near Moharli zone it is considered one of the best buffer gates at Tadoba National Park for sighting of tigers, leopards, and sloth bears and other wild animals .Gaurs (Bison), wild dogs, crocodiles, spotted deer, and sambar deer these than can be also spotted near this area.The zone is particularly attractive for bird lovers,because many aerial species and numerous species and refreshing forest soundscapes are present here.
At Dewada , tigers are quite bold, frequently walking along the main safari tracks and allowing for prolonged viewing experiences . Shambhu - A very dominant This dominant male is often spotted in the Dewada area. He is known for his large size and is frequently seen patrolling the buffer zone roads. Chhoti Madhu is also a famous resident of the Dewada ,as she is the offspring of the very known legendary tigress of Tadoba National Park , The ‘Supermom’ Madhuri ,has also settled her own territory here with her young cubs.

Dewada Gate is 30 km away from Chandrapur. From Nagpur, it is 150 km away. It is located near Adegaon village, Chimur Tehsil, in Chandrapur district, Maharashtra.
Safari Timing
There are two safaris available i.e. morning and evening. The morning safari starts at 6.30 AM and the evening safari begins at 2.30 PM.

Accessing the wildlife section of our site requires registration. Kindly provide your name, age, gender, and nationality. For Indian citizens, acceptable ID proofs include an Aadhar card, passport, driver's license, or voter ID. Non-Indians must submit passport details and their country of origin. Reserve a safari to secure your spot; the remaining formalities will be handled on the safari day.
